Cocodrie Charters is a private lodge that offers all inclusive fishing packages for corporate entertaining or family and friends. The lodge was founded in 1995 by professional guides. Since then we have been featured in numerous outdoor articles and TV shows. We have earned a great reputation for our experience and customer service.
We fish the highly productive waters of Cocodrie, long regarded as one of Louisiana’s premiere light tackle sport fishing hot spots. Each captain is fully licensed, insured and highly trained to provide you with a First Class Trip. We can handle a party from 2-24 people (6 boats available).
We Offer personal service, a home type atmosphere (Laid Back). We pride ourselves on a working team for you to have a great fishing experience.

The New Chandeleur Islander, a stationary and stable jack-up fishing lodge, can become the destination you’ve been searching for while fishing the islands. Upon arrival, the Islander will be safely jacked up out of the water where we will be offering you hearty meals and comfortable accommodations. We provide on/off gangway access from our portable dock to your accommodations on deck. From the lodge you can enjoy guided excursions, excellent wade fishing along the island itself or perhaps head for that favorite local fishing spot you’ve heard about.
